I put a sticker in the center of the folded card (Shikishi : A large Japanese paper card used for messages from friends and classmates, etc). And I added a little decoration around the edges.

印刷はお家のプリンタの他、コンビニでもできる所があるので近くのコンビニのコピー機がシール対応しているか調べて下さいね。
In addition to use home printer, you can print this image at nearest print service. Please check if you can print on sticker seat.
粘着力が強くないので、貼るものによっては紙に印刷し、シワの出にくいのりで貼り付けた方がいいかもしれません。尚、コンビニの「レーザープリンタ」だと、光沢紙も普通紙も印象はほぼ変わりませんでした。
Since the adhesive isn't very strong, depending on what you're sticking them to, it might be better to print on paper and use wrinkle-free glue stick. Incidentally, when using a convenience store "laser printer", the print quality was virtually the same whether I used glossy paper or plain paper.

タイトルは「Всё будет хорошо ／全てうまくいくよ」、帯の上は「юная балерина／若きバレリーナ」とロシア語の筆記体で書いてあります。「Всё будет хорошо／全てうまくいくよ」という表現はよく使われるフレーズのようです。
The title is “Всё будет хорошо / Everything Will Be Alright,” and above the sash, “юная балерина / Young Ballerina” written in Russian cursive.
The phrase “Всё будет хорошо / Everything Will Be Alright” is a commonly used expression.
使用したのは100円ショップで買った2つ折りの色紙。表面は細かなラメが入っており、凹凸が無いので、粘着力の弱い今回のシールでも貼れそうです。
I used a folded paper card that I bought at a 100-yen shop. The surface has fine glitter, and smooth. So It'll be able to put on this sticker, even though it has weak adhesive.
今回私が印刷したのはローソンのコピー機です。
があるかをチェックし2Lサイズ（127×178mm、300円）で印刷しました。そのまま印刷するとイラストがはみ出た状態で印刷されてしまうかもしれないので「プリント領域」の設定で一回り小さく印刷しています。

I printed in size "2L" 127×178mm, 300 yen). You should set "a size smaller" not to stick out illustrations.

中央に貼りました。でもこれのみでは寂しいので回りを装飾していきます。
I stuck it in the center. But since it looks not enough, so I'm going to decorate around it.
100円ショップで買ったラメ入りのグラデーションのマスキングテープを貼っていきます。
I'm going to put on glittery gradient masking tape(washi tape) that I bought at a 100-yen shop.
まだ物足りないので、メインのシールより派手にならないようさらに装飾を加えます。イラストに白が使われているので、白い装飾を四隅に入れる事にしました。
Since it still doesn't quite look right, I'll add some more decorations so they don't stand out as much as the main sticker. Since white is used in the illustration, I decided to add white decorations to the four corners.
ライトボードを使って白いシールに模様をトレースしていきます。
Using a light board, trace the pattern onto a white sticker.
デザイン用ハサミ（ペーパークラフト用ハサミ）と
グラつきにくいクラフトナイフで丁寧に切り抜きました
I carefully cut it out using design scissors (paper craft scissors)
and a craft knife that doesn't wobble.
四隅に貼り付けて完成
Stick them on the four corners to finish
